Mystery Skype is a complexed acivity so we need to prepare ourselves- students are given different tasks. They work in teams . There is a camera crew team, a map team, internet team, a greeter, a closer and a confirmer. There is also an interviewer.
The moderator of the activity is a teacher at the beginning but gradually students become moderators themselves.
